Refund policy

At Rang Bhav, every T-shirt is custom-made just for you! We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, or delay by courier partners.

However, we’re here to help if something’s genuinely wrong with your order.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

·        You received the wrong product

• Incorrect size ordered (please refer to the size chart before purchase).

·        The item is damaged or defective

·        There’s a printing issue or misprint

🕒 You must raise the request within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

·        Change of mind

·        Delivery delays

·        Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

📩 How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a return/replacement:

1. Email us at info@rangbhav.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include:

o   Your Order ID

o   Clear photos of the issue (wrong/damaged/defective product)

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

🔄 Refunds or Replacements

If your request is approved:

·        We’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost

·        Or issue a full refund to your original payment method in 4-7 days

You do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it.
